26 Doors Under Contract
Hello Matrix Family,
Hope everyone had a great meeting on Thursday, I’m sorry that I couldn’t be there to consume the Great Information along with everyone. I wanted to share with everyone that we just went under contract on a 26 Door Portfolio in Birmingham and we finished up the Due Diligence/Inspection period this past week. Pretty Excited about the Acquisition, the deal consist of a (20 Unit Apartment with 3 duplexes). We didn’t really want the duplexes but they came with the purchase, so I guess we will upgrade those along with the 20 unit and enjoy the cashflow. But I hope everyone is having a Great weekend, just wanted to share a Win with the Matrix.

Wrapping up PSA negotiations on a self-storage complex today and moving forward with some partners in Wichita on 68 units.
