    I’m currently in a one year lease option for a fourplex property here in DFW. I moved in about a month ago and plan on exercising my option in the next 6-8 months. Right now I’m talking with lenders trying to find the best financing option while also trying to increase my income so I can save more capital. I’ve just completed the Creating Corporate Entities course and look forward to beginning the Buy It, Rent It, Profit! Masterclass this week.
