Intro: Jordan Gunther
Hey everyone I am Jordan Gunther, currently own a home in orem and building a new home in Eagle Mountain to live in with a rent-ready basement. I’m working on keeping our home in Orem to rent out as well. I Haven’t run all the numbers to see if that is possible but would hate to let it go. I follow Graham Stephan and have read Buy it, Rent it, Profit and some other financial literacy books.
