I’m super excited to continue this journey in the new Matrix 2.0. My name is Cho Ndiforchu, NDI Real Estate Group, LLC. I’m a 10yr veteran with a huge passion in real estate. Moved to Tampa in 2015 and did a few fix and flips. Through some networking, I was fortunate enough to stumble across Bryan’s book; I’m amazed by all the information and knowledge I’ve gathered in just one read. My goal is to start my multi-family property ownership journey as soon as possible.
