What’s Up Matrix Family? As operators, we have been implementing more month to month leasing to our tenants during the pandemic/moratorium. This has given us the opportunity to have better control of the narrative when it comes to tenants adding value to our business or not and also gives the tenant the opportunity on whether they want to continue to reside in our community or not by just submitting a 30 day notice.
