New to the Matrix
Hi, my name is Jana and I’m new to the Matrix. My husband and I are SFR investors in DFW that have been working on breaking into MF for a while. We purchased our first 34 unit property with 2 partners in Little Rock, AR this last June and looking to grow! The Matrix seems like a good path to becoming a successful operator/asset mgr.
Anyway, hope to learn, grow, and make new friends.

I here good things about Little Rock. One of my friends invest there as well. Seems to be flying under the radar a bit.

I hope so! We have heard good things as well. The activity seems to be picking up there too. I have been getting several webinars on deals in and around LR. We are activity looking in AR and starting to branch out into KS an OK as well.
