Getting on a call today to talk with the seller to find a solution for our latest bump in the road to closing.

How is the PM project going?

Not too bad. We’re still getting things lined up but may back burner it for the 1st quarter. We’ll get it going one way or another, sooner or later.
We were looking to start it with our project that is being repositioned. Now the stabilized property may be the first one we take over.
