Good Morning
I have little experience working on-site and no experience managing a community. In my current role, I am seeing a lot of pushback and employee turnover because they say we ask for too many reports on a monthly basis. Are the following reports standard in the industry:
Weekly Budget Control Log Recaps
Rent Change Report
Market Survey
Property Inspection
Unit Control Log
Safety Evaluation
Work Order Report
Vendor Statement/Month-End Report
Executive Summary/Variance Report
Quarterly Property Inspection by Regionals
Quarterly inventory report
